One For All

A superpower ("Quirk", 個性 Kosei, lit. "Individuality") where the power of previous holders is cultivated and given from one person to the next, accumulating an impressive total. Because its method of transfer must stay secret, he passes it off as ordinary genetic super strength. Using 100% would shatter a cliffside--and his bones. He walks a razor's edge to only use a manageable percentage, which he will increase with training.

It's fairly obvious when his super strength is "on," as it releases harmless sparks and wind. His special moves usually involve the word "Smash" paired with a US location name in the style of his idol, All Might. He, his classmates, and Pro Heroes yell out their special moves. It's ridiculous.

He also uses "support items" e.g. his armored shoes to complement his Quirk.

He can comfortably use a great deal of this power, propelling himself through the air between islands, kicking an air blast down a whole street, or dragging a full bus. He can briefly overclock. He can also indirectly punch or flick at long-range with air pressure like an air cannon. Gif

One For All can aid in the breaking of mind control, due to the vestiges of its previous holders within it. They offer no initial resistance, however. Deku can now speak freely with the vestiges, and they with him. In RP they may ping characters with strong life/soul/other sensing abilities (e.g. TLT necromancy).

The Quirks accumulated from One For All's past wielders are subject to the same exponential power gain (and kickback) described above. Overuse can potentially induce muscle seizing, pain, and/or injury. Using/juggling too many at once is disadvantageous.

• Blackwhip A whip-like energy that can restrain, hit, and swing around by grabbing/sticking to surfaces. He can use multiple tendrils, string a chain, and dispel them as needed.
• Danger Sense Sense threats from people in the area. It can also be used to read the moves of a sparring partner. Can dodge bullets with this, though not at close range. Cannot sense threats born of pure, genuine affection.
• Float Float himself high in the air, effectively weightless.
• Smokescreen Thick harmless smoke quickly generated from the body. A full blast can cover a few city blocks.
• Fa Jin Store kinetic energy of repeated movements and choose when to release it. Powerful when combined with other Quirks (e.g. Fa Jin + super strength + Blackwhip's centrifugal force = faster than a speeding bullet).
• Gear Shift Change the speed of any target he touches, including himself. Ignores the law of inertia.

Hero Training

Rescue, combat, and evacuation especially suited to his Quirk, including first aid, mixed martial arts, aerial movement, team-ups with Pro Heroes, handoffs to first responders, all while minimizing property damage.
